Terms of Service

By accessing or using RovaCruise ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including riders, drivers, hub partners, and administrators.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

RovaCruise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

Drivers and riders must complete KYC verification (NIN/BVN) before accessing protected features.

The Platform provides a marketplace for vehicle rentals with verified drivers. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers directly.

RovaCruise facilitates matching between riders and available drivers/vehicles but does not guarantee availability of specific vehicles or drivers at all times.

All rentals are subject to driver acceptance, vehicle availability, and KYC approval status.

Riders must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.

Riders agree to pay all rental charges, including base price, taxes, fees, and any applicable cancellation charges.

Riders must treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Damage caused by rider negligence may result in charges.

Riders may not use the Platform for illegal activities or to transport prohibited items.

Drivers must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and vehicle registration at all times.

Vehicles must pass offline hub inspection and receive compliance approval before being listed.

Driver address verification and hub vehicle inspection may carry platform-configured fees. Where applicable, these fees are recovered from the driver's first eligible withdrawal or next available earnings after verification is completed.

RovaCruise may coordinate or manage vehicle insurance, fueling, tracking setup, air freshener refills, and cleaning standards for vehicles operating on the Platform.

Drivers must maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and professional conduct.

Drivers must accurately report their availability and promptly update rental status (pickup, completion, issues).

Drivers must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations.

Hub partners are responsible for conducting thorough, honest vehicle inspections.

Inspection reports must be accurate and complete, including photographs and condition assessments.

Hub partners must not approve vehicles that fail inspection standards or have missing documents.

Hub partners are bound by confidentiality and must not misuse vehicle or driver information.

Riders pay at the point of rental checkout. No stored wallet balance is maintained.

Coupons may be applied at checkout only and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

Driver and hub earnings are subject to the platform's payout schedule and split configuration.

Driver payouts may reflect approved deductions, including verification, inspection, compliance, or operational charges that are disclosed in the driver's earnings or ledger records.

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy and require finance team review and approval.

Failed payments do not guarantee vehicle or driver reservation.

Riders may cancel rentals according to the cancellation policy displayed at checkout.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions or penalties.

Drivers who repeatedly decline accepted rentals or fail to show may face suspension.

The SOS feature is for genuine emergencies only. Misuse may result in account suspension.

Users must not engage in harassment, discrimination, or dangerous behavior on the Platform.

RovaCruise reserves the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, software, and design, is the property of RovaCruise or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.

RovaCruise provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, RovaCruise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

RovaCruise's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific rental transaction giving rise to the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through your profile settings.

RovaCruise may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or operational necessity.

Upon termination, certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, and operational purposes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

RovaCruise may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
